Rough Idle on a 2013 V6
Was just wondering, anyone having rough idle? Very noticeable at start up. Dealer says they (V6) all do it, no error codes. Started once in awhile when new, but now (5000 miles) does it every start up.
I don't want any trouble down the road...  Thanks for info |

I have 8000 miles on mine and yes I do notice a rough idle. I've heard the vmax ported throttle body can help eliminate it I will let you know when I get one!

Mine idles smooth cold, but has a rough idle sometimes when it is warm. It isn't bad, but noticeable when stopped in traffic. The Vmax PTB didn't make a noticeable improvement for my car.

My 2013 has done this since new. Have 3000 mi now. Service dept can't find anything wrong.

mine starts rough/loud then smoothens out..but probably more noticeable w/ the cherry bomb exhaust system

2012 LFX 10,000 Miles. Rough idle when cold, and a little rough when warm. I accredit it to 11.5 to 1 compression ratio. Sound more like a car that had some cam work.
Installed Vmax PTB and acceleration is much smoother. No lag when you accelerate lightly. Haven't got on it yet. Maybe adding a CAI would help it breath better. |

Yeah, my car, for example, only starts rough (as in a stronger than usual jolt) when cold, but otherwise idles fine.

Mine did it a couple of times when the temp got really cold. It took quite some time for the idle to become smoother, but i just thought it was because it was warming up.
