Here is mine, just took this photo today to show the new heel plate that I laid on my floor mat to see how it looks. The heel plate was made for me by one of my friends in our Detroit 5th Gen Camaro Club. He is going to be making these for order. Contact me if you want to talk to him about one.

They aren't manufactured any more. They are by billetanything. If anyone knows where they can be purchased please post here. I want the manual iom version. One site still had the aqua blue automatic version left. Can't remember the site tho.
