caliper color?

I have a AGM with soon to be matte black wheels... cant decide what color I should do my calipers while I have my wheels off. Red usually is a safe call, but Im going for kind of a stealth color scheme... and red has been done A LOT. Anyone have a dark color with dark wheels and black calipers? Not sure if that would be to much black...
Thoughts, opinions?

I don't have a close up of the wheels but you can get the general idea of what black calipers and black spoke wheels look like.

The ZL1 comes with black painted calipers so that should give you a good idea of what a dark color will look like. I have removed all of the chrome/ color from my exterior except for my calipers which I had powdercoated red. I love the way they turned out.



As an alternative, I think a nice metallic blue would look great with AGM, especially since it has some blue in the flake in the paint.

I'm going to go AGM with black lettering to keep in line with my color scheme as I want my car to be all AGM/Satin black.

Thats the picture I was looking for. Thats basically the look I had in my head. Looks pretty good to me, although its missing something imo. Some kind of contrast color to make it stand out. Unless the goal is to not stand out of course

That's why I went with red calipers. After I blacked out the whole car, it just needed a pop of color (as my wife would say). The red calipers and the red "1" on my custom ZL1 badges are the only color on the exterior of my car.

For me, this is as stand out as I want to be. I thought about adding a little color to the calipers but love the look the way it is. I'm sure adding a touch of color would look great too, but this is more me.
