I have a 2013 ss/rs with 20 inch wheels with the brembo brake package
are there any 18 inch wheels that will fit so I can use a 18 inch drag radial tire

Yes, several. Just to name a few....Forgestar CF5, Forgestar F14, TSW Nurburgring, TSW Interlagos. I think there have been 18" F14's and Nurburgrings in the classified section here very recently. You will most likely have to reposition your emergency brake cables to prevent them from rubbing on the inside lip of the wheel.
