question on detail steps for new car

I ordered the car and it should be here soon I had a question on the steps for detailing. After washing and clay baring should I polish or should I skip and apply the sealant then wax since it is a new car.I told the dealer not to wash the car so they want add in swirls. Also on the pads should I use the fine pads since it is new paint.

wash, clay, wash, seal, wax

If there aren't any swirls or scratches, you won't need to perform paint correction (ie: polishing), thus you won't need any pads.
