Anyone use a tint exemption form in your state?

Well I do and here it is. (PDF) North Carolina

Just an FYI, yes I do have mild to severe light sensitivity. Started in 2007 in Iraq due to not having sun glasses and I wore glasses. So I was out on patrols etc without sun protection on my eyes.

Fast forward to 3 months ago. I had gotten LASIK surgery and it kind of increased it.

And this is the legal results. 20% all the way around.

Looks like Nevada has one as well

35% is the limit here for front windows I believe, 20% for rear windows. I had 20% all the way around on my Impala but it was too dark at night so I stuck with 35% on my Camaro.

I have a tint waiver in Virginia. It allows you to have 35 instead of the normal 50%.

In MN a person is required to get a prescription from a doctor for tint. My eye doctor hooked me up. She asked why I wanted tint I said, "Because I'm a ginger." She laughed, and wrote the scrip.

She wrote it for 30%, but I got 35, just because I don't want a cop measuring it out at "32%" according to his meter and ticketing me.

35% is a great level - not too dark to be able to see at night.

Really wish I could get a little bit of tint on the windshield, though.
