Order number?
I placed my order on May 21, 2010. I did not receive a letter of confirmation from GM, but I just got my order number and serial number from the dealer today.
My dealer said the order has been "cleared for shipment." He said they had to sit for around 10 days in Canada to let the paint cure. Am I getting my crank yanked? Last edited by IronMikeSSRS; 08-13-2009 at 09:59 AM. Reason: new information |

Yes you are, the paint is baked on at high temps and is fully cured. Most cars once built ship in as little as 1 or 2 days. So they are claiming your almost at shipment phase? You should of got an order number the day you placed your order. When did you order?

Ask the dealer to see the order workbench and have them show you all the order event codes 10 days for the paint to cure, please. Is it a manual? Maybe it was in qc hold for that.

But you said you have a serial no (VIN) If you have a real VIN it's built!
