GM "Red Hot" = What Rattle Can?

I'm looking to paint my oil catch can "red hot" to match the color of my 1LE.

While getting a body shop to match it "perfect" would be preferable, I'm not sure it is worth the time or money. I'd like to just get close using rattle can from a commercial retailer.

Anyone find a readily available rattle can paint that closely matches red hot? I'm talking about something I can buy locally, as opposed to ordering specialty paint . . .

your Chevy dealer should have both brush and rattle can touch up paint.

open your trunk lift the carpet and look at the sticker, it should be near the BC/CC.
Red Hot is not a new GM color, it was used on Pontiacs for years. I used the code WA687F. Automotive touchup paint dot com

Yea, I got it. Bought a small amount of touch up paint already from the dealer.

Was hoping someone had experience with a commercially available can that happen to be a close match . . . and could be bought easy and cheap. For instance, "I used Rustoleum Red Mango bought at Lowes, at it is really close."

Hey, if not can do then no can do

I'm sure this is good stuff but 20 bucks a can an almost 10 bucks to ship that takes 1-2 weeks
