removing road tar

I have some new roads in my area going in , and got some splashed up road tar on my rear bumper on the sides behind the wheel, I bought some polish for the radio panel and I found this stuff works great on those plastic bumper covers too it took the road tar off easily with no effort when soap did nothing

Use WD-40. Spray on let sit a few seconds and wipe off. Rinse car off good first then WD-40. Then soap and water. This also works good for taking off rubber from the rear quarter panel for those of you that drag race with slicks.
