How loud is your exhaust?

I'm installing my kooks headers this week and I'm wondering how loud they will make the car. I'm sure others out there would be interested to know how much of a difference there is in volume when they change out their exhaust. When you hear video clips some people have bad mics on their camera or the mic can't record at that volume accurately. Here's how I Plat to measure.

The test: I'm going to be using a split meter on my phone to be the gauge. It may not be the most accurate device but we should see consistent results.

I need feedback as to where you guys would like measurements. I plan on recording 3 ft back from rear bumper at idle, drivers seat idle windows down and up, also at 2k rpm.

Thoughts?

headers on the stock catback sound very very good. the best part is there isn't any drone but you get a huge change of tone and volume. It idles like a kitten once you hit it gets nice and loud.

It wont have that truck, muscle tone of the old big blocks but it sounds great.

You are going to love it especially with a superchargered car.

Ive got the Pfadt catless headers into a Borla S catback. Sounds phenomenal. Idles at a nice low deep rumble and slowly builds and above 3500rpm it wakes up and it keeps building up until it turns into a roar that gets LOUD. Love setting off car alarms as I drive by too

Cant wait to get a cam.

I will be putting on Solo cat back with j-pipes later today. Really been wanting a set of Kooks with hi flow cats so that will most likely be next on my list.

I really hope that I'll hear my SC with the new headers. I barely hear it now.

I'm also looking into Kooks long tubes with high flow cats to further compliment my Outlaws

Technically, it is frowned upon out here (the laws are way too strict). But where there's a will, there's a way

I am running kooks longtubes and high flows with corsa catback. Love the sound@! Can be a bit quiet if needed and sounds great when you get into it.

2" TSP headers, catless off-road extensions, into the stock exhaust.

Highway cruising is just as quiet as stock. No drone. Above 4500 RPMs though it really starts to scream. I'm very happy.
