CAI has average gains of 20hp, hood closed, no tune. A lot of people like RotoFab because they have similar gains. I like the CAI because they have an enclosed, insulated airbox. I don't know much about the K&N other than its stupid expensive.

After reading over many reviews I liked the Roto-Fab as well and it works with the stock tune. Not sure about the others but I have noticed a difference since installing. Installation was very easy. No numbers yet since I have not been to a dyno but it feels and sounds good.

With Roto-Fab we've seen an average of 25hp with a low of a little over 20hp and as high as 33hp without a tune (just our intake alone).

Can't say about the "other" but I have the Roto-fab and love it. I really think that these two are very close in performance gains so you choose and enjoy the few extra horses.

The gains that Roto-Fab mentioned above are about the same that we see on the ZL1. Obviously it varies car to car and dyno to dyno, but we are right at a 25 rwhp avg., lows in the low 20's, and highs as much the mid 30's. I'm not talking the temperature outside, I'm talking RWHP gains on a stock ZL1 haha

Our CAI is going to have a fully enclosed and insulated airbox, which will help keep your IAT's low, especially when tracking the car. We offer the system in a Near Chrome or Textured Black powder coat finish, there is no tuning required, and you'll pick up about a pound of boost with fuel trims staying within about 2% of the factory settings, so a CEL isn't going to be an issue. Obviously with tuning you can see even more gains. Probably one of the biggest compliments that we get for the ZL1 CAI is the noticeable increase in sounds from the Supercharger whine after installing our CAI.

I HOPE THAT HELPS!

We use the Roto-Fab in our packages, but CAI and K&N are also good choices. The K&N is very pricey being actual carbon fiber though.
