Don't use the transmission as an excuse not to buy. Once you drive a ZL1, you won't care what tranny you have. I've driven both and i would own either.

This is a smokin' deal that should sell fast.

Unless you plan on doing some hard core track days the auto will hold up just fine.

For some people it is the fun factor of rowing your own gears that cannot be had when driving an auto. I know you can paddle shift and all that but it's still not the same feeling. I'm sure the auto is fun to drive, can be driven as fast or possibly even faster on a road course, it's definitely faster at the drag strip...but the auto simply cannot duplicate the feeling of shifting gears with a clutch pedal. And for some buyers (like myself) that is a huge make or break option.

Anyhow Good luck with the sale OP! sweet car you have there. I'm sure it's a blast to drive!
