2014/15 tail light conversion

Does anyone know if there are aftermarket tail lights for the 2014-2015 camaro? Planning on trading in my 13 2LS for a new SS, but not a big fan of the tail lights. Kinda looks like a Honda prelude

Nope. Just buy a 12-13 SS you get the upgraded interior but the original 5th gen look.

yeah that is the alternative plan, but the plan im thinking about going with. local dealerships do not have any 12-13 models.

You could always go the Certified route.....

Well, that's a new way to bring up the "tailight" issue. LOL

The '14 front end more than makes up for the taillights. '14 looks f'in sinister up front!

Do us and yourself a favor and don't upgrade. If you're going to let a set of tai lights keep you from buying a newer Camaro with all of the new luxuries then don't upgrade. Also if it's a big deal, get a 2013 unless you want recaro seats, then you'd have to get a 2014+

The '14 taillights are better in every way possible. You would be effectively downgrading your already downgraded Camaro.

It would be a waste of time, money and effort.

They're faster to turn on. They're brighter. They're easier to replace. They're easier to see. They're more technologically advanced in every way.

Your face looks like a Honda Prelude.

**** off, troll.

14s are all led. I have never seen a Honda light up like that in the dark it is like a square halo in the rear. I understand telling your self you like the old style so its easier to keep from buying a new camaro when u are happy with the old one. no reason to put down the 14-15 body style the front looks wicked and I like the back. first car I didn't go aftermarket on the head and tail lights. I may tint them eventually...

ugh here we go again with the tail light debate lol

LEDs only come with RS package.
Non-RS still get regular ol' bulbs. Not sure how the '14-'15 non LED lights would turn on faster than the '10-'13 lights.

To the OP, I suppose you could get a '10-'13 rear bumper cover with all of the stuff that needs to go underneath it. And then the '10-'13 trunk lid, because it's different than the '14-'15 one. Then the tail lights.
But I imagine you'd want to get a non-RS car to retain the compatibility between the the non-LED lights of the '10-'13 cars and the non-LED lights of the non-RS '14-'15 cars.
