2010 Camaro SS Mods
I am new to this forum so I apologize if this is the wrong place but I have a black 2010 Camaro SS2 M6 with ground effects and 21" rims with pzeros with 15k miles. I purchased the car used. I've read about other people not being able to break the tires loose or spin out very easily. My car will spin the tires so fast that I will barely move in 1st gear if I floor it, even at 30 mph I can do this. It will also spin in 2nd gear all the way up to 60 or so mph. I have always questioned if the previous owner had done anything to the engine because of how quick the car is but I have never seen or heard anything that would indicate it is anything but stock besides the CAI I added. Is there something I'm missing or are the ls3's just that powerful.

My 13 came with 21" rims stock with the stock P-Zeroes. If I give it a little too much gas I can definitely get them spinning like you said. If I turn too aggressively with TC in Comp Mode, I get wheelspin into 2nd gear.
And welcome to the forums.

The lower the tire profile, the easier it is to spin them.

Alright thxs for the reply, I can see this is a very helpful community, the thin tires is probably what explains it. I now wish they were 20s but my friends were impressived when I spun at that speed. Also once on a very cold day I took off at 35 mph and the back end of my car tried to pass the front. It was both scary and awesome but the cold weather is probably to blame for that one.
