Has anyone used Turtle Wax- Zip Wax Car Wash? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

An acquaintance was telling me Auto Zone has this product called Turtle Wax - Zip Wax Car Wash. He said you wash your car with it and it also kind of waxes it also. I was just curious if anyone has used this or if it is a good brand?

I just tried a product from turtle wax that was called black box (made for black cars ) and it worked great.

Yes I used zip wax. Its the white bottle right? Its thicker then there turtle wax ice and I think it works better. But go with Meguiars Gold Class like the one guy said. Turtle wax is over rated. Every car detailer tells me go with Meguiars. And so far its the best stuff ive used.

I have used it in the past. Now I am to anal about what I wash my car with. If you are looking for a carwash and wax, go with Meguiars ultimate wash and wax.

These products should never be used to replace the traditional waxing process or products. They are used more to boost existing wax as it breaks down.
