popping iut of gear
Two separate incidents, first time I shifted from 1st to 2nd low speed and when Iet the clutch out it violently popped out of second in to neutral. Second time was this morning, first gear let clutch out slowly and again the car violently popped out of gear again...??? Possibly not fully in gear? Or ??? Anyone else had this happen?

I would guess the shifter was not all the way in so when you let off the clutch and when it engaged it popped the shifter

This happened to be one time also, going from 1st to 2nd gear. I was trying to be too gingerly with a cold tranny, and I apparently didn't get it all the way engaged into second. At first, I was worried that there might be something wrong the transmission, but 1000 shifts later, it has never happened again.

Mine has popped out on 1st and reverse a couple of times. I then noticed it wasn't in all the way. Sometimes it gets stuck half way through and I didn't notice it at first. Other times it won't even let me put it into first or reverse. I'm planning on going to the dealership but it's something I can't show them in person

You weren't all the way in gear. You need to keep your hand pressed on the shifter as you let off the clutch to ensure it stays/goes all the way into gear. That first little detent you feel is the syncros lining the gears up, but they are not yet fully engaged.

I know the Aisin Warner AY6 6-speed manual transmission for the LFX v6 includes troubleshooting procedures for weak/faulty detent springs/pins. If this keeps happening, and you know you were fully in gear, you might give your transmission service manual (found online) a look into.

I've never had this happen. I've had where I could not engage 1st or R though.
