Hi guys,

I spoke to a guy at a well known tire shop about options for my 21" wheel. Other than the outrageously priced parelli's i was told that I could change the tire size slightly for another option

Front 245/35R21
Rear 275/30R21

The tires are Hankook Ventus v12 Evo2's. ~ $1300 out the door

According to the tire guy, the only difference was that the side wall would be ~ 1/2 shorter.

Has anyone tried this size tire, or other tire sizes in their 21" wheels?

I like the look of the 21" wheel btw and don't want to change them.

I have the 21" dusk edition wheels and tires. Have read where the changes you listed may effect the speedometer and it might have to be re-calibrated. But this option is very interesting and will keep in my files for when I get close to needing to replace.
1/2" shorter would make the ride even more stiff/hard..Less side wall

245/40-21 = 28.7" tall, 8.0-8.5 wheel
255/40-21 = 29.0" tall, 8.0-8.5 wheel
265/35-21 = 28.3" tall, 8.5-9.0 wheel
275/35-21 = 28.6" tall, 9.0-9.5 wheel
285/35-21 = 28.9" tall, 9.5-10.0 wheel
295/35-21 = 29.1" tall, 10.0-10.5 wheel
305/30-21 = 28.2" tall, 10.0-11.0 wheel
315/30-21 = 28.4" tall, 10.5-11.0 wheel*
