Getting wheels powdercoated, set car on stands?
I ordered the car with the bright silver split spokes so I could have them powdercoated black and not pay a 2k price tag.
The dilemma is I will only have one set of wheels, Other than setting the car on jack stands for the few days powdercoating will likely take, anyone done anything else or have any ideas? Kinda feel uneasy with it sitting on jacks for that long

Placed correctly, I would have no problem using jackstands. Your alternative for is find somebody who's got their winter tires in storage that could lend them to you.

What do you think about putting on some old wheels no tires and setting them on dollies?
