Peeling on interior door panel

Searched and couldn't find anything. Anyone else having this problem? he top layer of my door panel is peeling. How would I go about contacting GM about this problem. Never have ran into an issue with a vehicle like this. I lease and am worried about getting dinged for it in the end plus this is my new car with only 1300 miles!

Of course it's a warranty issue. Do you think you did it? I certainly don't think you did. And therefore its a product defect. Dealers love warranty, they make money off of it.
