Personal preference decision
I personally would love to be able to launch in an AWD car like a GTR on a daily basis, but I, Personally, hate the looks of the car. The ZL1 is a Sexy SledgeHammer, I think GM nailed the styling on the 6Gen ZL1, I wish I could afford one....note to self buy lotto ticket on the way home.

Better in what regard? Faster straight line, through corners, daily driver, all around performer, total cost of ownership, etc?

In a quarter mile I think the GTR is going to beat it every time.

The easiest decision I've ever made, ZL1. Why? No matter how much faster a car is or funner to throw through some corners, nothing will ever be more fun to drive on a daily basis, especially at lower cruising speeds, than a good ol' V8 and a manual transmission.

If you spend a lot of time at the drag strip, I suppose the GTR would be your car. I am quite confident, the ZL1 will give a GTR a run for the money on a road course since some of the 5th Gen Camaros were close to the GTR in some of the comparos. I think the Z28 actually ran some tracks faster. Have you ever listened to a GTR at max acceleration? It sounds wimpy compared to a V8...any V8.
