GM Extended Warranty help

Hi, I know there have been numerous posts on extended warranties but I was hoping to get an idea of current pricing on an GM extended warranty. Also, if anyone can refer me to someone at a dealer that they had a good experience with. I have a 2014 Camaro 2SS with less than 12,800 miles. Thank you!

I contacted this place when I was looking last year (referred by many Camaro 5 members). It's the only extended warranty owned by GM. Compared price with my local Chevy dealer and they were much lower for the platinum plan vs standard plan locally. Can't remember the quote, but I decided not to get it because my car is just a weekend toy used from May to October. Call the number, have your VIN + mileage and they will give you the price for both plans.

+1. Sorry, I should have included Becky / Roger Chevrolet also. I never got a quote from her, she is VERY helpful with anything Chevy (and just an-all-around nice person).

Check online. I'm not sure about Chevy but Ford has a dealer that sells Ford extended warranties for 1% over cost. Which is much cheaper than a local dealership can provide unless they are offering a 3rd party warranty or a warranty that is only good with that dealer.

^^^^ This. Also, just don't bother. They're really not worth it.
