I know this is just stock, but with the My-Link update it really sounds better. (Stock Radio Died)
I have My-link with Navigation,
Boston Acoustics Amp and Speakers.
I went from Standard 2010 Head Unit/Boston Acoustics
Really don't know if there is a real difference between the head units for 2010.

To a My-link with Navigation/ Boston Acoustics

BTW thanks to GEN 5 DIY for the great support and Upgrades.

Latter I want to get a better Amp and Speakers, Don't really know what i Need yet. Just want a good sound.

But first thing been reading the net, and it says to improve better bass imaging is to go thur the car and sound deaden the Trunk and doors.

I'm really new at this, the last time i really even attempted something like this I added a Blaupunkt head unit and four coaxial speakers to a 1976 Olds Stairfire

I have my 2011 2ss/rs setup:

Stock Non mylink HU ( want Mylink )
Straight to a Fosgate 3sixty DSP then to a
JL 300/4 driving the front doors actively. No crossover boxes
JL 250/1 for a single JL sub
CTSounds Meso component speakers
JL 10TW1-2 subwoofer. in a .38cuFT box for ultimate SQ
CDT audio rears literally ONLY for a small rear fill and Back up sensors.

Tweeters 3500hz and up 12db slope
Mids are 80hz and up 12db slope
Sub is 80 and under with a 24db Slope

Sub isnt finished in the spot i want. I have one of the amp rack. DSP is mounted to the rear deck.

It sounds great right now. but i need more Time alignment. IVe got the mids n highs tuned to just before distortion and i have the sub tuned for deep bass.

Mines pretty basic, but getting there. PAC kit, Sony 712hd, added a $20 Chinese backup cam. Kenwood XR4S running JBL P660c comps up front, Kenwood 6x9 coax in back( all 4 at 150 watts RMS), Kenwood XR1S mono amp 700 watts RMS, to (2) 12 inch MTX subs. Entire trunk redone, amps mounted to steel bridge to hold them solid.
