Finally got that 9 Second slip!

Hey guys, new to the forum but wanted to share and commend Magnuson superchargers for all the help they offered.

After battling with low 10 second time slips we finally got some 9 second passes in last weekend at the Magnuson superchagers red list series at auto club speedway in bakersfield. We had rain mid day after going 10.06 and I figured that was gonna be it, the track staff got the water dried up and we had some great racing after. I managed a 9.936 and a 9.901.

Cant wait to turn the boost up and see what the maggie does on high boost

I'm told it was 820 at that time. I don't know how to get this info?

So its the Mike and Mike show and I'm really proud to be a Maggie owner right now. Both white cars and almost twins. Great pass Mike, the other Mike Satar texted me when you guys were blowing some doors off. Don't think I'll ever see the nines but I'm gonna go as far as my fuel system will allow this year. Congrats

Mike Satar is one of the nicest people I have ever met, And his car is bad ass.

Were gonna be even more twins when I get my Weld S76's also. I wasn't trying to match but damn they look good.

It was fun out there, we got to line them up one race and were dead even to .002 of a second at the 330ft and mikes car hit the rev limiter and pulled timing. Best race of the day including spanking hellcats.

Fuel systems are damn expensive for the 6th gen, I feel your pain.

Speaking of fuel systems. I am assuming you are LT4 High side and ZL1 low side. Was that enough to run E85 or is that where the meth came in to make up the short fall. I know on a C7Z I tuned the pumps ran out at around 640rw on around 50% E. We went back to pump and made the same power and a ton more tq with room to spare.

I think their running the Lingenfelter Zl1 setup tank and high pressure. Sounds like you had fun, I have my 90mm pump coming today and last night I loaded my 109 vp and tune so I expect some good runs this weekend although the won't be quarter since our track won't be running any events. We are going to run an 1/8 mile track in Iowa.

I have ZL1 in tank with a secondary Bosch 044 tapped into my fuel tank that comes on under boost to supplement. High side is all LT4.

My car can run all E85 but makes more power on the methanol. I suspect the cooling element.

At redline I still have 63psi on my low side so I have plenty to go when I put a 416 in the car.

1/8 is better than nothing right!? These cars really shine on the top so you won't get to see the whole picture but I wanna see how it goes! Lmk if you get any vids up.

Is the secondary the CPR Kit? I am surprised the LT4 top end is keeping up on E without the meth but this is very good information. So about 4K in fuel pump and injectors before the Meth. Ouch, but totally worth it. LOL. I applaud your dedication and pocket book.

I grew up in the Bay Area, we didn't even have fans. Now I am in the South and if the air goes out I get a hotel room. LOL. My kids are destined for jobs and two years at community also. They better get scholarships.
