Gold Stripes
I put my gold stripes about two weeks ago. I'm thinking about plasti dipping my wheels gold. The only other color would be black but, I'm really leaning toward gold? So far I've put a ZL1 spoiler, heritage grille, and caliper covers.

Like the stripes on the black. I wonder if the whole wheel being gold might be too much and detract from the gold stripes which look very good - stand out but subtly.
Maybe black wheels with gold accents or gold calipers?

Thought about that. I always wanted a black and gold Trans Am, so as of right now this is as close as I can come My best friend had one in 81 when we graduated from HS. It had gold and silver wheels. Thought about just painting part of the wheels gold

Maybe photoshop them gold to see how it would look. It could be awesome. Sometimes you have to see to know.

Gold dip will work but black wheels with gold painted or coated calipers would look good also.

The great thing is you can undo plastidip if you don't like it so go for it. As for the stripes it's not my style, reminds me of an 80's Trans Am too much.

I plasti dipped my wheels gold. I always wanted a 81 Trans Am like my friend had when we graduated from high school. Well it's not a Trans Am but, it's the closest thing that I can afford lol.
