69 camaro z28 info

Hi guys.
Ive always been a big fan of camaros I have a 69 bigblock 427 corvette roadster with a muncie its about 70percent finished.
I am currently about to look at 2 camaros at the end of the month. The two cars need to be imported to Australia. The question Im looking for is one of the cars is a 69 z28 matching motor green in colour. And the other is a 69 ss 396 manual with matching numbers also not to sure the colour yet.
The price of the z28 is about $25,000 US and the SS is about $17,000 US. Are these cars a good buy if they are all complete ? And what should I look for to make sure there original ?

Any advise would be appreciated.........

If its got a DZ stamped on the block and the numbers match the VIN number on the data plate on the firewall, then youve got a winner. The SS should have a Z27 on its data plate, same location. I would get a professional appraiser to look at these cars if I were you.

Unless you are buying a very poor example of each if they are really what they are claimed (numbers matching, ect) to be those prices and too low to be believed...

I agree with Anthony here. Get an appraiser.
Those prices do seem a little too low for numbers matching engine cars!! BE CAREFUL!
