I have seen many of your threads and your patience. All the plans you have for your car have been on here and so many of us are happy for you. Hope you and your husband come to the C5 fest to meet you! Congrats!

Thanks. I fear C5 fest falls at a time when I can't get away for a weekend. I hope that perhaps the next one will be in the summer when my schedule isn't so frantic. I'd really love to meet so many of you folks who have become good friends.

Thanks to all of you for your kind words.

I went out to the garage this morning and got my ipod working. It wouldn't work for me yesterday. I have an older 5th generation iPod "classic" 60GB (it's at least 4 years old) and the music system couldn't find it yesterday. So, last night I did a firmware update on it. Now it works great! The music clarity is MUCH better than the XM radio which I played yesterday. Although, the Lou Reed tune I listened to on XM as my first track was very cool as I was driving my baby off the dealer's lot.

After I got the iPod working, I got out the car cover and covered it up until the weather breaks. It's now sitting in the garage all tucked in its gray OEM cover. It was a short but sweet first day.
