2010 trunk SS emblem to replace bowtie.

I’ve looked high and low for these and can’t find a thing. Anyone have one of these lying around? Would need to cover the holes from the bowtie.

Thanks

I took my trunk bowtie off and it was glued on, no holes to cover

Early '10 Camaro has holes, not sure when they went with the glue on emblem.
Have you tried to get it from your Chevrolet dealer's parts dept?

My 2011 Camaro was built July 2010, so the hole thing was prior to that as mine was attached with 2 sided automotive tape,

Think around mid 2010 they got rid of the holes. Mine was built July 09.
Spark’s is no longer producing and the only other thing out there left from them is for 2014-15, which won’t work on my 2010. Hence, I’m hoping someone might have one lying about they’d care to sell.

I searched everywhere too, and this is all I can find. They are stainless and you could paint them whatever color you want, if desired. It doesn't say what the dimensions are, but you could always call them to check. If they are big enough and since they are not connected, but separate pieces, you just might be able to cover up the holes. As cheap as they are, it might be worth a shot. I have purchased lettering from these people and was a good experience. I had a set of old school "cowl induction" emblems on my hood for a bit. Here ya go sir.

yup, I was wondering about just covering and sealing the holes as well. Figured it may be an option. Find a stick on and see if it covers the holes. Dab a spot of silicone in the holes and stick ‘er down!

Could also cover it with a tail panel blackout piece, or even paint the panel piece, then install whatever you like!!

Reach out to emblem pros. Send them a picture of the design and the specs that you want it in. I’m sure they can make one to fit your needs.

Thanks for the info fellas.
I’ll keep hunting and see if emblem pros can build something for a reasonable cost. Lots of places have the small ones but so far, no one with the correct size.

I was once told that the SS emblem off of the trailblazer SS was the right size to cover the holes but I never ordered it and just filled mine with black plugs for now.

The performance cars from the mid 80's to early 90's (if you can call them that) all had red bow ties. So I took red vinyl wrap and made the gold parts of mine red. It looks pretty sharp. Matches my 45th anniversary stripes.

That sounds really cool, but I think he is wanting the larger "SS" letters to go on there, he is taking his bow tie off..
