Need shops in SFV area asap

Well guys, seems my baby may have jumped timing or something last week. Go to start the car and get a super weak crank and then I hear "ting ting ting ting ting ting" Speeds up and slows down with the engine acceleration. I already knew it was a valve. So got the engine torn down by the shop and they confirmed the valve in piston 7 was unseated. the teardown is $650. That's what I'm in so far from them removing the heads and doing compression tests etc. He tells me 1400 total to have the one head machined and rebuilt $2500 to have both sides done, and 3k total for both heads with all new equipment to where he feels comfortable with the car not coming back. I'm considering having them sent to a local shop ported and polished, and rebuilt.

Looked into Texas speed and others and apparently, they don't ship to California for legal reasons. So my boy tells me "why don't you just get your GM heads done locally?" So I need a shop in the LA area particularly the San Fernando Valley which port and polishes and rebuilds LS cylinder heads. So far I've found West Coast racing cylinder heads in Van Nuys. Any LA people know any more good shops that can?

ps may just drop a cam in while she's down but that's not important for now...
