Help with 78 washer tank.

I need a little help with installing the windshield washer fluid tank.

The original practically fell apart in my hands when i removed it.

i need help installing the original pump onto the new jar.
i can see where it needs to go. but i want to know if there are any directions on where to actually place the pump. such as the size of the hole to be drilled and so forth.

thanks for any and all help.

I though the pumps were mounted to the windshield wiper motor, or am I just too old?

lol. the pump is mounted on the underside of the tank.
the tank has a slot to fit it into, and you cant really screw up where the hole needs to be drilled.
but i dont want to just eyeball it, and then have it messed up.

I wish I could look at the pump on my '78 but it's at the body shop for minor work now. The BEST 2nd generation Camaro resource is www.nastyz28.com. I guarantee you will find an answer there.
