sorry dont know where but i almost had the same thing happen to me when i first got my car maybe you could try getting it out of your vacuum

lol...i almost did that too...but thank god it got stuck and i was able to pull it out...

I did the same thing too! Fortunately I did it with my central vac so I went after the bag and got it back. After a quick washing it was good to go.
