So after 2 weeks of driving around with a busted headlight I finally get my holly grail of packages, guess what..... They managed to send me a right instead of left, ARE YOU KIDDING!? I'm pissed.... they have no phone number, or contact info, screw these guys

My question is this. Why would a legitimate company not have a phone listed as contact information? There is no way in hell I'd order from gmpartsdirect.com.

if you paid through Pal pal..then Pay pal should have some sort of contact number. Also worse case you can fill out that horrible Customer service form. theres also a section return request but i dont have a log in for that...

Dispute the Credit Card Charge or Paypal dispute. Either way, you will get you money back..

Weird you say this, i was reading over on another forum that a guy ordered something for the interior for his 2009 silverado and they ended up sending him an air intake for an 03 silverado. WAY off.
