Swirls in freshly painted black stripes - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I had my custom stripes painted on a couple weeks ago in Midnight Black Pearl. It is gloss back with blue flake and looks very nice, except that it has swirls in it. The guy that did it told me to bring it back for some more buffing and touch ups in a couple weeks. So, I took it back to him last week and he touched up some areas near the mail slot and spoiler and buffed everything again. In my garage under the light and in the sun there are still many fine scratches and swirls in the stripes. I have not waxed it yet, since the paint job is so new and dont plan to for at least another few weeks. My question is, do I take it back and complain some more or just wait and wax it and see how it looks. I dont want to just mask the problem, but im not sure if the painter can get them any better or not. It is obviously much more noticeable in the black stripes than the rest of the hood (ABM) that was sanded and re-cleared.

Yeah pics pics and more pics are needed. I am sure the Adams boys will be here soon to help out.

It also depends if you want to hand or machine polish it as well.
