Who can help with my brakes?

Not my Camaro, my Saturn. I just put in new front rotors and pads and now the brake pedal feels low. The hydraulic lines were never opened so I don't think they need to be bled, there should not be any air in the system, and if I pump the pedal it doesn't come up. Any ideas out there?

I'd bleed them just to sure. I mean, worst case you'll be out some money for the brake fluid and some time, but you'd have ruled out one cause.

Drum brakes in the back, but didn't touch those.
