GTA GTG SATURDAY MAY 1ST? - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

I know it's early in the week, but the early forcast for next Saturday is 21 degrees. I thought we could get a GTG of the GTA (and beyond) folk.
Anyone interested please respond, and then once we see who responds we'll see what part of town we go to for the first meet. Then throughout the season we'll change it up so it's fair to everyone.

u guys should join me, for the c7 spring cruise. theres about 200 cars comming out. we meet in oakville and than cruise to cayuga, than get to use the tracks the rest of the night.

So far we have a west end response, and maybe we'll do a drive through Kleinburg, and make our way up to a Timmies in Nobleton, which I attended a couple of weeks ago which has plenty of parking.

Be aware this won't be one of those long cruises, it's more an opportunity for those who haven't come out to meet others, grab a coffee or some food.

I will continue to watch the weather and that will determine what happens, they're calling for 40% isolated showers for Saturday, but I've learned not to make any final plans until the final 24-48hrs.

Actually like last week and then Saturday turned out great. I'm hoping for the same.

If anyone is up for the drive to Oakville, we could all meet at the shop in the morning or just use for a meeting point along the way. I think there are quite a few C5'ers local to the shop.

I think it would be great to do a caravan up to your dealership, would that sit well with the management?

How does everyone else feel about doing a cruise up to Aurora to Highland Chev, meet our new forum member, and see what the dealership has to offer? (pending approval from the dealership & the weather office)?

Please chime in and experss your thoughts.

I have to mention that this cruise may have to come down to the final hours for organization, because of the weather. The weather seems fine in the morning, but not sure what the afternoon holds, so I will have to keep tabs on it upto Friday night and put up a final posting.

I can arrange things tomorrow at work since Parts and Service are closed on Saturday. I know the place would be thrilled to see all of the Camaros there and love to have some GTA people check us out. It's a redone dealer with a beautiful cafe and such...sadly most is closed for now on the weekend besides sales. I have Chevy hoodies in ladies and mens and have a few Camaro t-shirts and jackets and some defenderworx accessories. I can find out if I can sell the stuff even though we're closed as I have keys and can log everything in. We have 9 camaros on the lot too if you know people looking. I'm so stoked to meet everyone regardless if we come up to Highland or not.
