uh, can they safely permit you to observe a hoist inspection? For their safety regulations..you may have to drop that

"Dealer agrees to provide 8”x10” glossy photo of buyer and seller accepting the vehicle."
That's awesome. Did you remember V6/V8, 2LT/2SS, RS?

Unless the dealership is really good at doing stripes, I'd look elsewhere
Dealer fully agrees upon delivery he will not prepare the vehicle for delivery to the customer or remove any delivery protective materials until it is fully inspected by the customer including a hoist inspection - So they should not remove and inspect for hidden carrier damage on arrival to the dealership? We sign off on our cars from the trucking company - if it isn't mentioned on paper before he leaves, it no longer is a transportation claim. Requesting to leave this on might waive your claim to any route damage on the car. |

It looks like you are a technical guy that reads/writes too many specification documents. It will be interesting to see how the dealer views this list.

His requirements include a mandatory 8 x 10 glossy, and I'm ridiculous for telling him to remember 6 vs 8, cloth vs. leather, and the RS package? I don't get that.
Edit: Unless that was sarcasm, in which case that's pretty funny.

Dealer agreed to pretty much everything including a rental if my car was in over night but might not be a camaro.
They were really great with providing the photo too! I dropped the GFX because too much chance of damage. So it was a go on Nov 18. Just have to wait for delivery now. All the best to all Camaro members. |

I don't know if you guys are familiar with what an "artist rider" is for concerts and shows but that list looked and awful lot like one lol. A "rider" is just a list of demands recording artists/dj/comedians what have you provide to a promotion company or venue prior to agreeing to a show date. i.e only green m&m's and white couches backstage. I wouldnt be suprised if the dealer was just agreeing to get your business and then passed it around the dealership for chuckles after you left.
