We take two limited-run muscle cars on track to find out what these 550+ horsepower machines are capable of

The sun was low as we entered Toronto Motorsports Park in Cayuga, Ontario. A transport truck sat in the pits, containing a brand-new (and sold!) 2010 SLP ZL575 Camaro — one of only 250 made. We wanted to see how this bespoke muscle car measured up to the latest Shelby, a 550 horsepower monster Mustang.

We'll let the cars do the talking.

Did I miss something ? The cars did no talking! Only the drivers did !

Wheres the lapping race on the track with the two muscle cars?

You're right. My point was only to view the new ZL575 in action. The video is really disappointing in the sense that they do not actually race. I guess they did not want to start another war between these long-time ennemies....

What I got out of it is, that on the track (or in bed) the mustang has the edge, but around town Camaro is it. In other words the Mustang is like a hooker, she's pretty good in bed, but you don't want to be seen with her.

The Camaro was SOLD. I doubt the owner would have given them permission to hack around a track.

Blah, blah, blah. That's all I hear from shows like this. For every 2 minutes of show, theres 5 minutes of commercials. And the show isn't much more than a commercial to begin with. Waste if you ask me. Speed really needs to revamp their shows. Damn channel has turned into one long and most times boring commercial.

I AM A CAMARO FAN AND OWNER.

The GT500 would be a close second for me.
