I just closed the online purchasing for lunch that day. If they want to go and want lunch they need to contact me asap (before 6 pm tonight) at darrell.martin@sbcglobal.net. I can setup alternate way to pay once I hear from them. Caterer will ake only 5% additional food. That is about 3 plates.

fyi, one of the guys for the rio grande valley chapter paid for his meal ticket. he just sent me a pm. he stated that he has three more guys that will be coming along with him. you had stated the cater was going to make 10% more food jus incase we needed it. do you think they will be fine if they drive up?
