Billet Pedal Install - sorry no how to pics / only final result
 

Sorry I forgot to take pics as I went along but totally forgot. If there is anyone in the Dallas area that wants to do this I'd be more than glad to help out and document with pics and full details.

The foot rest and gas pedal use self tapping screws so you just screw them in. For the clutch and break pedal, you have to pull off the rubber pad and then drill 3 holes in the pedals. Then you put bolts through and tighten the locking nuts on the back. It really isn't that bad of an install..



So it would be something like this.

Prep - put down paper or anything you like to catch the metal shavings from when you drill into the break and clutch metal pedal. Make sure you have good lighting so you can see well :)

1.) Pull off the rubber pad from your break pedal and your clutch pedal. NOTE: Good idea from Grinder19 :
One thing I found helpful was to put masking tape over the pedals before placing the billets in place to mark the holes for drilling.

Made it real easy to see those marks come drill time.

2.) Put the billet pedal over the metal pedal on your clutch and make a mark in the 3 areas you want to use to bolt down. I chose the top outer 2 and the middle bottom hole.

3.) With a small drill bit, drill holes in the three areas you have marked. After I drilled each hole, I put the billet pedal up to see if all was still lined up.

4.) With a larger drill bit, make the holes larger. I matched up the drill bit to the screws before hand so I had an idea of what size I needed. I then backed down one size as I didn't want to make it too large. I would then test fit the bolts and see if I needed to go a bit larger. I don't remember which I ended up using, but I think it was 5/32 or 11/64 .. Please go small and then up it if you have to, don't take my sizes above as gospel!!!

5.) Repeat 2 - 4 for the break pedal.

6.) Line up your gas pedal. With a phillips head screwdriver and one of the self tapping screws, screw in one bolt. (I used the one of the bottom 2 holes). Don't completely tighten down. Make sure all is lined up and repeat on one of the top holes. Complete buy doing the same with the other 2 holes (one top and one bottom) and tighten.

7.) Basically repeat step 6 for the dead pedal (foot rest).

8.) Put the billet pedal on the break pedal and put the bolts through the holes and tighten with the included allen wrench. I used a socket and ratchet on the back to hold the nut tight. Repeat for each bolt.

9.) Repeat step 8 for the clutch pedal.

10.) Grab a cold one and relax :) NOTE: I did step 8 and 9 last so that you don't have the billet pedals in your way if you need to get around down there. The pedals are very functional and grab pretty good :)

Took about 1 hour for the install.

Grinder.....are these the same pedals as Crowley's. I would actually prefer to get them without the Lingenfelter logo.

Just by looking, they do appear to be pretty much the same, but only without the logo on the foot rest .. I'm sure Grinder can chime in and PM you where he got them. You might check out the interior vendor area on here as well.

All screws, bolts and nuts are included. An Allen wrench is included for the bolts.
