The smell will go away after a few hundred miles. Mine smelt the same when I first drove it off the lot. It was the same burnt clutch smell. Its all the coatings burning off.

Can someone help me with the recall number?
I have the same problem with my 2011 2SS Conv.
Can someone please help me with the recall or Service bulletin number? Our GM dealer have no experience of Camaro and asked me if I could help them out. Have contacted Chevrolet Customer Service, but they are not willing to help me either. Quote:

I have headers, high flow cats and a tune. I recently noticed a burning smell from the cabin under slightly hard acceleration. The smell will linger for a few minutes then go away. Any body else having the same problem?
