I will call Jeff D’Ambrosio at dealertrack and see what the deal is. I use the link I posted above and it works fine for me for some reason. Either way I am working on this problem. There are several dealertrack sites for every GM dealer, but I do not understand why I can go into the link and it works fine. As you can see I am logged in as test test and it works. I am baffled and disappoint with this web site at the moment, and I apologize for this as well.

still doesn't work, and a new problem surfaced. if I click the link, add it to the cart, then go to check out, it does NOT accept my login, which I am entirely positive is correct (even had the password resent to me verify).

if I click the link, then click login from the front page prior to adding the item to my cart, it accepts my login. then when I get to apply the coupon, I get the same error that it's not valid or expired.

frustrating :]

I'm with you on the frustration.

Here is what I just did. I went into re-create the coupon camaro5 then tested it on another computer in the store. It did seem to work with my test log-in here. I would feel very relieved it it would finely work for you.

I almost forgot to mention that the site is catched and you may need to hit the refresh a couple of times.

cleared my cache on each browser, refreshed tons of times, tried from firefox, chrome, and internet explorer. none of them accept my log in credentials at this point. 100% positive I am entering them correctly as well since I had the password sent to my email.

can't even get far enough to test out your recreated coupon code.

Wow and I just tried it from home without a hitch. I am using Firefox here and internet explorer at work.

I will get back on the phone with dealertrack in the morning. I may have to stop using them with all of these troubles it's not worth the hassle we are putting people through.

I do appreciate your persistence and help with this. We are a phone call away if all else fails.

the little feedback thing was present so I let them know, here's what they had to say

"Firstly, we sincerely apologize for all the hassles you’ve been going through in purchasing this Camaro part and redeeming the coupon. I am the product manager for the accessory solution that your survey feedback was sent to. We’ve looked into your case and it appears like Ron Tonkin Chevrolet originally had an incorrect accessories URL plugged in on their website, which had caused you to create a user profile under the wrong (test) store. The coupon did not apply to that store, and thus, you could not redeem it. Since then, the URL had been corrected and our technical support team had tested your account and confirmed the “Camaro5” coupon code to work. Someone from the dealership should be contacting you shortly on the next steps."

so it sounds like the original URL posted was to a test site that my account was created under, a separate database of sorts.
