have you contacted the manufacturer or just not seen the instructions in the bottom of the box?

i know those are obvious questions, but it's worth asking...

They were ordered offline and didn't come with instructions, I'm searching for the instructions online but not coming up with any luck.

The 2 wires are hooked to a Power Source and a Ground. It ususally doesn't matter which wires go where when it comes to this. You can search your owners manual for a fuse that is powered when the door is open (Dome light Circuit) is probably the best for your instance. You can purchase terminal ends or just strip the end of the wire to hook to power wrap it around the dome light fuse (not the best method). Strip the other wire (Ground wire) and install a terminal end so that you can bolt to an existing ground under your dash somewhere.

Hope this helps.

I'll keep workin at it, If anyone has any picture directions that would be helpful!

Use the red coated wire as your 12V power source, hook it up to a power source that will turn on with the inside light or one of the ignition sources( I dont know if you want it on all the time, or just when you open the doors... you could always just wire it up to a 12V constant power, like the battery, and have a switch installed in line with the 12V power.)

take the Clear coated wire to a grounded point on the body of the car..( a bolt that bolts to the metal structure of the vehicle will work), and then wal'la ...

Could you describe to me what " power source that will turn on with the inside light" looks like so i can easily find it. I just want them to turn on when the door is open

here is a link to the ambient lighting thread should show where to hook it up http://www.camaro5.com/forums/showth...bient+lighting

get you one of these
http://www.istargazer.ca/images/mpv/v1/fusebox.jpg
You can pick up one of those piggback connectors at most auto parts stores.
what you want to do is locate the fuse for your Interior lighting. ( the fuse panel is located on the left hand side of the dash. you will need to pull the cover off.. refer to your users manual)
once you find that fuse pull it out.. insert the fuse link adapter. install your original fuse for the adapter, and one for the added circuit..
then butt splice this onto the red wire that is coming off of your LED light.. you may need to add more wire to make it reach. JUST BE SURE TO NOT CROSS POLARITY!! hook one wire up at a time.. keep the red wire hook up to the power source, and take the clear wire to your Ground point(Body Frame)

not sure he wants the LED foot well lighting to be on with the ambient lighting.. he mentioned he wanted it on when the doors are open, with the dome light.
