I spent 4 hours working on the car. 1. Meguiars clay bar 2. Meguiars Ultimate Polish 3. Meguiars NXT 2.0. I am very happy with the results. I used a 10" Buffer and took my time and I feel it really paid off. Now if it would just stay clean forever:)

Good work! Clay bar is no fun, but worth the results!

Awesome Show, Great Job !!!!! NXT 2.0 Rocks.

Thanks I appreciate it!

Looking good! NXT 2.0 is the OTC product I would use before I got into Adam's. But I was really impressed and happy with the results that the NXT would give my car.

@belliott

I researched this forum for all of the products and although there are a ton of great items, the OTC-pluses of MEguiars clay and NXT better fit my needs.

Iwantone2- I've really been thinking about swallowing the cost for Adams. To try it out Since you have used both would you recommend Adams over NXT? is it really worth the money?

Iwantone2 04-30-2012 11:19 AM

belliott - I noticed that Adam's has a bit more durability than the NXT. I could go probably 3 months with the NXT before I had to re-apply it again, but with Adam's I am seeing at least 6 months before I have to re-apply.

The cost between the NXT and Buttery Wax really isn't that much different if you can find a local distributor of Adam's Polishes.

To be honest though, I would run through your NXT before purchasing another product.

Iwantone- I really appreciate that. I just read so much about Adams on here, it starts to make you question everything. I love waxing the car so every three months is just fine with me. Actually I have been doing it every month:) Thanks again for you honesty.
