Pull it out or take it to the shop?

Just found a nail in my rear right tire, it's not leaking air, should I pull it out ? Or take it to the shop? I don't trust the random shop guys, is it too small of a deal to take it to dealer?

I got this weird noise from the driver side that sounds like something's tapping rapidly on the metal surface, the noise only come on when I'm driving on highway up to around 70 mph, I don't hear it...
