On Star erratic red light on Mirror. - Camaro5 Chevy Camaro Forum / Camaro ZL1, SS and V6 Forums

Dealer can't seem to diagnose my OnStar antenna problem Green light changes to red then later goes back to normal green. On Star diagnostic says it codes as the antenna. Anyone else see this problem before?

There are two really good ways of getting this issue resolved and those are to: A) have a tech ride with you and when the issue presents itself they will know how to diagnose or what to look for when they get back to the dealership B) bring in the vehicle when the issue presents itself to make sure that it can be replicated by the dealership at that point. With this type of issue it does seem to be a bit tougher to diagnose the vehicle simply because the system can go from good to bad and back within a single drive.
