no and no. best sounding axle back kit is the slp loudmouth II. cost $599 http://www.slponline.com/view_product.asp?P=31202
first orders ship in late august. i will post a video of mine.

It's a simple matter of physics... only way you'll get that kind of rumble is if you do some thing like this: http://www.musclecarsounds.com/details.htm

as for the best sounding... it is all a matter of personal preference... I happen to think MINE is the best... LOL!
