Rear diffuser piece painted
I am not one that cares too much for the black plastic diffuser on the back of the car. I just think its out of place I ended up getting with Revolution Styling (RevolutionSS on here) and they painted one the same color as the car. Here are a couple of pics showing both the way it was and the way it is now.
Thanks Revolution for a great transaction!!!! They were very helpful throughout the whole process, and the part looks absolutely great!!! |

I'm for the black too, but it looks like a quality job so thumbs up for that.

Rolling along...

I'd thought about painting mine as well but decided against it. The ones that I have seen painted, either with the stock diffuser or the ground effects, tend to make the rear of the car look heavier visually. Just my opinion though.
Nice touch leaving the mini-grille part black though.

It looks very nice. If it wasn't for the blackout panel i had installed I would think about doing that also.....

Isn't there some texture to that piece? Do you know how it was prepped and painted? Is it smooth and glossy now? Am I asking too many questions?
I do like the look of that.

Thanks guys and I have a spare black one as well if I decide against this As for the texture it is smooth and the paint is glossy just as the car. From what I got they sanded the piece and shot primer and sanded it again and shot some more primer and then went on from there with the paint sequence.

That looks awesome
I do not like it painted body color, the black looks more aggressive
