Anyone know the most recent versions of JL 400/4 or Alpine pdr-f50?
Anyone know the most recent versions or part numbers of these amps in the title? Everyone has spoke highly of these amps to replace my factory Boston amp but the threads are a couple years old. Any info would be appreciated so I buy the correct amp.
Thanks Brandon |

I have the JL Xd400/4v2 and it works great with the stock speakers. Pushes 100 watts per channel, but will lower to 75 watts with aftermarket speakers.

eh, what? That product does 4x100w @ 2 ohms and 4x75w into 4, 100w into 2 is physically less power than 75w into 4 anyway and besides, there is no such thing as "aftermarket ohms". Most use that amp to go with an active 4 channel front stage.
