u0100 code trans not acting right
my car is throwing a u0100 code my door locks are going crazy. the car starts and goes down the road. when the trans is put into reverse it says its in first gear by the scanner. the car will physically will not go past 90 mph with 17 pounds of boost. stall was added from FTI tripple disc 3600 and irs was changed to 373 out of a zl1. I am having issues where there is no cummincation to the ECU. hookingthe scan tool up to the trans. clearing the code it will not go away. going down the road the car manual mode S light will flash. the battery is good and all the fuses are good.

This happened after you had the trans out? First place to look is triple check grounds. They will cause all sorts of problems.
