Oops! New radiator or???
I was installing a harness and I accidentally put too much pressure on this hose (eval hose?). The plastic nipple broke. My question is do I need to replace the radiator now or can I use some Gorilla Glue or JB Weld to re-attach it?
Thanks

If it were me, I'd replace the radiator. Gluing that on will likely be nothing but problems.

You "might" be able to thread a 1/4" npt hose barb into the radiator if you wanted to try and repair it.

I went to Lowes and got that fitting, but there isn’t enough room to drill and tap the threads. Looks like a new radiator 😡

I have a V6 and the drain peacock was stripped out. So after much searching, I went with the C&R all aluminum radiator. They used to supply most of the NASCAR folks and so far I’m happy. Hard to beat purchasing what was a $1k radiator for $225. They’re trying to get rid of old stock, thus the pricing.

I already purchased an OEM radiator. Going to install it this weekend. BUT, I did find this video and may try it on my broken radiator to keep it as a backup.

I just got my new one installed today. Took about 4 hours due to some of the Heartbeat Supercharger reservoir/hoses in the way.
