Some tires manage to give both. I have Nitto Neo Gens on my Cobalt. They stick like a cat on velcro, but I just hit 28,000 miles and the wear-bars are just starting to show. And they're only $110 a pop.

I agree with TheClassiCarKid! The original Z28 was a small block 302 made specifically to compete in the TranAm race series. All of the kiss ass camaros were made from hot rodders at car dealerships like Motion performance or Yenko. They just swapped engines from Corvettes or made engine modifications. Not unlike we have today with Saleen or Kenny Brown Mustangs, Linenfelter Corvettes and Camaros or in the past SLP Trans Ams'. This Camaro will take off like a rocket. It will be a fresh clean canvas for all of the specialty equipment folks to show what can be done using their products. That imo is what GM has given us. A georgeous canvas for all of us to display our own unique style and performance dreams.

I had Pirellis on my 4th gen. I loved em. They had a lot of grip. Quite expensive though...
